Wines of Quality is the trading name of Wines of Quality (UK) Ltd, registered in England and Wales company number 6598024, VAT number 934027048. Wines of Quality reserve the right to change prices without prior notification. All prices on this website include VAT at 20%.

Age Restrictions

It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances including Wine to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order on the Website you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. If our delivery drivers or couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID for age verification purposes. In the event that they are not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine.  

Customer Orders

By placing an order on this Website you are deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions. A binding contract is entered into once we have sent confirmation of receipt of your order in writing or by email. All order confirmation communication will include a reference number, which you should use if you need to contact Wines of Quality about your order and can be used to track orders on our website www.winesofquality.co.uk. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders.

Payment

Goods must be paid for before they are dispatched. Payment is accepted by direct payment using Internet Banking (Sort Code 72-00-00 Account No 06223648) include your reference number as the payment reference or by credit /debit card (via the web site with order or by phone). Goods will not be sent until payment has been received.

Availability

All products on the Wines of Quality website are featured subject to availability. If the product you ordered is out of stock we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible, to offer you a replacement for a later vintage of equal or greater value or the cost of the product refunded to you, remembering that the minimum order quantity must still be 12 bottles. Occasionally we will offer a Pre-Order service for new products where we have a confirmed shipment date, although this must still be seen as an estimated delivery date. Cancellation of Orders

To cancel an order before it has been dispatched it is essential that you call immediately and confirm in writing either by email or letter. Your order will then be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded to you. Refund payments will be made to the credit card/bank account/current account originally charged.

Non-Delivery and Cancellation

In line with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to return ordered goods within 7 days of receiving them if you change your mind. The returned goods must be un-opened and all labels undamaged. If you wish to return goods under these circumstances you must either phone or email us saying which item(s) you wish to return. We shall arrange for the collection of goods and will refund the full price of the item(s) within 30 days.

If the goods you receive are damaged please ensure that you inform the courier at the time of delivery and also contact us immediately. We will arrange for the collection and replacement of any damaged goods. Email address orders@winesofquality.co.uk

Delivery

We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only. We endeavor to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of order, Monday - Friday (excluding Bank & Public Holidays). Orders should be received within 24 hours (48 hours for Highlands, Islands and other outlying areas). Non-delivery should be notified to us, via phone or email, within 2 to 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will trace your order and ensure it arrives as quickly as possible. We will replace any goods not delivered by our courier service. Wines of Quality reserve the right to part ship orders where appropriate. We endeavor to achieve our delivery targets but we will not be liable for any loss caused by late delivery.

Undelivered and Returned Parcels

Our delivery partner APC will leave a card if they cannot obtain a signature. Goods are held at your local APC Delivery Office for 5 Working Days after the first card is left at your delivery address. If your item is returned to us due to non-collection from your local Delivery Office we will charge for re-delivery.

Privacy & Data Protection

Wines of Quality is committed to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you to process your order, we will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We will use your contact details for Wines of Quality marketing purposes but Wines of Quality will not pass any information about you to any third-party for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive special offers or news from wines of quality then please either telephone us or email us at marketing@winesofquality.co.uk
