Do I have to order all the same wine?
No, you can order your own selection of wines in the quantities you wish.
Do you supply mixed cases?
Yes we have some suggested mixed cases available in the mixed cases section or you can put together your own mixed case.
Can I order items to be sent to a third party address i.e. as a gift?
We can send items to a third party address on your behalf please advise us in the special instructions section of the order form if you would like a personal message included with the delivery.
What if there is a problem with the wine I ordered?
We want all our customers to be satisfied with the goods they receive if you have a problem please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify it either by refund or replacement as appropriate.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We aim to despatch all courier orders within 24 hours of receipt, depending on your location you should receive it in either 24 or 48 hours following despatch. This may be longer for remote areas. For personal delivery we will contact you to arrange.
Can I order less than 12 bottles?
Yes you can please refer to the delivery charges section for rates.
Is my card data secure?
All card data is processed through the Sage Pay gateway who are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Further details can be found on our terms and conditions page. Wines of Quality are PCI DSS compliant checked through Lloyds TSB Cardnet. No payment card details are stored on Wines of Quality internal systems.
Will my details be passed to third parties?
No, wines of quality will not pass / sell your details on to third party companies.
